Who do I talk to after I buy?

xwhystudio, not your rep. Your rep helps you buy. We build your site and look after it, so questions, changes and problems all come to us.

Can I change things after my site is live?

Yes. Send us a message with what you want changed. Small fixes to anything we built are on us. Bigger changes or regular updates are what the optional monthly care plans are for; ask us about them.

Can I get a refund?

Ask us first. Refunds go through xwhystudio, not your rep. The rules are in our terms.
